1. Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy based on the following conditions:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our hosting services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. This guarantee only applies to our web hosting, enterprise hosting, reseller hosting and cloud server plans!
  • Exclusions: Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to domain name registration fees, SSL certificates, dedicated server plans, administrative fees, or any fees for additional services.
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our billing team at billing@norbycloud.com. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your initial purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your hosting services at any time by contacting our billing team. Different types of hosting plans have varying cancellation terms:

  • Web Hosting Plans: If you're not satisfied with our shared, enterprise or reseller hosting plan, we'll refund the amount in full.
  • Cloud Server Plans: You can cancel a cloud server plan at any time. Any prepaid fees for unused months will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.
  • Dedicated Server Plans: Dedicated server plans have a minimum commitment period, and cancellation may incur early termination fees.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
